I think a major problem is that youth use to be able to go to school with a majority of grants and scholarships rather than loans. Today its a majority of loans with less and less grants and scholarships. whole thing SUCKS
One such significant problem is the actual relief the department grants to those with serious illnesses or long-term disabilities, which includes loan forgiveness programs...
